The story of an object creates a new form and that form becomes a language. Objects do not exist by function alone. As an object, form contents (emotion, thoughts and etc.) are delivered. (One’s emotions can be expressed through various shapes at the end of the clip and documents can be filed by its classification. The ‘Clip Language’ which is placed on the right pocket of your shirt informs others your thoughts or your feelings without having to say a single word.

The change of an object is already enough by itself. The new things that we think about an object already lies with in the object itself. It’s just that we were not able to see it before. (How can we brush away the depression on a rainy day? The printed two circles give you a fresh new feeling when the umbrella is folded. When you step inside with a soak wet umbrella, you would already be holding a dewy rose. Who could have given me such a beautiful flower??)
NOTHING Hanger

眞空妙有(진공묘유)- In the middle of no truth, there is a strange way for its existence.

It is externally no different from a regular cup. However, the meaning that it internally contains has the background of '진공묘유'. This cup does not mean, ‘Nothing was designed’ nor does it mean, ‘The useless things have been eliminated’. '진공묘유' is an eastern design that stimulates the inner senses. (We often have to think about where to put a cup after washing it. If we let it stand upright, dusts will pile up inside. If we stand it upside down, the mouth of the cup would be contaminated. ‘진공묘유’ easily solves such problem.)

The Small Sea- Objects are not designed solely for its function and form. Designs the story of an object.

Express the story of an object as a model (small sea). ‘The Small Sea’ is not just used to contain soy sauce but rather it recalls the sea before eating a steamed fish or sashimi. This design tells the life and the new story of an object. (The design of the soy sauce bowl takes the form of a sea placed in a small box. The bowl that has a depth like a sea enables the dipping of soy sauce from shallow to deep depending on one’s desire. The cover becomes a support of the chopsticks. It is as if it tells an story of the sea.)

Light is coming from between densely transparent holes. After raining, blue sky comes into inside of the cup. I would like to have that white cloud.

빠삐용의 얘기로 부터 시작한다. 갑갑하고 지루한 일상생활에서 자유롭고자 하는 우리의 마음과 죄수의 마음은 비슷하지 않을까. 이 벽돌조명은 빠삐용에게 삶의 희망을 줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 우리에게도 희망을 줄 수 있기를 바래본다. 잠시 고개를 들어 담벼락을 보명 은하수가 펼쳐질 것이다. 도심 속에서 희망을 얘기하자.

Air project - It is designed by the element from god in the beginning the world.

A breathing product is the motto of the soom. The meaning of soom is "breathing in" in Korean. The Soom made using rubber's elasticity is not a vase made of quite delicate glass or ceramics. So it can be safely maintained and is of advantage to storage and transport. The Soom is not a product of which shape is always maintained but a breathing one. Namely, users make it breathe by making its shape with a breath. As time goes by, the breath in the vase comes off little by little and the vase is restored to its original condition. Then, users can make its shape with a breath again.
Original Garden- The grasping like wrapping of objet is a small hope for the flowers on the pathway.

Sometimes, the incomplete form compared to the complete form can be more real and perfect compared. Designers should be able to see the world and objects like poets, shouldn’t such minds be expressed through designs?... the hope to the flowers… (‘Original Garden’ despite the incomplete form of the pot, it warmly shelters the obscured flowers that could be stepped on and disappear at any time. This is not a urinal! This is objet. However, the ‘花_in the Urinal’ is a urinal. Daily life object, Try possessing the eyes and the heard of a poet who puts like into a flower that cannot bloom due to little things. The urinal dies as a objet and is reborn as the urinal ‘花_in the Urinal’. (‘花_in the Urinal’is a sensual model. Now you can urinate with a smile on your face.)
The origin(washbowl)-Finds the original life of water. 상선약수(上善若水)

Water is denial of competition. Water does not lower itself nor fights with one another. When met with a boulder, water does not go against it nor does it try to take the boulder’s place. Model expresses such naturalness. Such natural model adds life to water. Water lost its original appearance due to mankind. The river that used to flow for the eternal time is no longer a living existence. Form objects soon have to keep the duties of formless water.

우리는 일상생활을 영위하는 동안 알게모르게 하루에 수십개 이상의 CCTV에 노출될 정도로 사생활을 침범당하고
있다. 더 이상의 무차별한 감시는 피하고 싶다. 그것은 자신의 공간에 들어와 편하게 옷을 벗어 가는 시점으로 부터 시작된다. 옷걸이의 헤드는 CCTV의 축소형태로 되어있고 옷을 거는 동시에 가려지며 기능을 상실하게 된다.
** '빅브라더'는 정보독점, 통제를 일컫는 말로 조지오웰의 소설로 부터 인용되었다.

We are exposed to many CCTV at a day. This is a private life infringement. We want to avoid the indiscriminate surveillance. Its solution begins from the thing which we take off cloths and hang to come back to own space. If you hang cloths on cctv, it lose the function.
